How To Exchange Your Tickets For Credit

We understand, things come up! Don’t sweat it, tickets can be exchanged for credit until 11:59 PM the day before your visit. After that time, your purchase is final and cannot be exchanged.

Here’s how to exchange your tickets:

• Locate your confirmation email.
• Click on your name next to your ticket information. This will take you to your account.
• Click ‘Manage My Purchases’.
• Follow the prompts to exchange your item.
• Your resort credit balance will appear in the ‘Resort Credit’ section of your account. Note your pin and swipe #.
• When purchasing your new item, click ‘Gift Card’ at checkout.
• Enter your swipe number and pin at checkout.
