Snow is finally showing up in the forecast, and our team is gearing up for the flip we’ve all been impatiently waiting for. As we get ready to welcome you back as soon as conditions line up, here’s everything you should know to get all set for opening day.
Season Passholders
Now’s the time to make sure your pass is ready to go so you can skip the lines and head straight to the chair.
• Haven’t uploaded your photo yet? Upload it now so our team can print your pass.
• If you selected free shipping, you should have received an email titled “Ready to upload your pass photo?” Use that link to upload your picture and ID for mailing.
• We’ll stop mailing passes soon. Once snow arrives, all unprinted passes must be picked up on site.
• Does your pass number end in 002? You’ll need a new pass printed this season.
• Picking up in person? Bring a valid ID. It’s required with no exceptions.
Ticket Holders
If you’ve still got last season’s ticket card, good news. You can reuse it.
• Activate your ticket on the day of your first visit by hitting “Activate Now” in your confirmation email.
• After that first activation, future tickets will auto-load to your card. No extra steps. Just show up and start your day.
12 & Under Tickets
These require a quick in-person activation.
• Child must be present
• Parent and child must show proof of age
• This only needs to happen once during their first visit of the season
Power Kids Pass Pick-Up
Picking up a Power Kids Pass? Bring proof of age. This is required and cannot be waived.
