By purchasing or using your Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Willamette Pass gift cards are redeemable at Willamette Pass. Gift cards may not be used at third-party vendor locations. Gift cards are non-returnable and not for resale. Treat your card like cash; lost, damaged, or stolen cards will not be replaced. You are responsible for all transactions made with your Gift Card, including any unauthorized use. Your Gift Card is not a credit card or credit line, no deposit account is associated with it, and balances are not insured by the FDIC. Only one gift card balance can be applied per online transaction, and up to three may be used for a single on-site purchase. Gift cards may not be consolidated, combined, or used to purchase additional gift cards. Gift cards do not expire and do not carry post-purchase fees. Under Oregon law, if a card has been used at least once and the remaining balance is under five dollars, the cardholder may redeem that remaining balance for cash. We reserve the right to refuse or limit the use of any Gift Card if we believe the activity is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS. IF A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, IS REPLACEMENT OF THAT CARD.
